What are the pros and cons of the burn and Dodge method?
Imani- Thr pros of the dodge is that it gives a picture highlight to make it more realistic. The burn gives it a more darker look as if an object was in a shadow. The cons is that if you are to get a bit carried away then it would look unnatural.
Layla- in my opinion the pros of using the burn and dodge tool is that you are able to touch up your pictures easily but the cons of using it is that if you are unexperienced then it is very hard to make sure that you do not over do it.
What are the pros and cons of the gradient tool method?
Imani- The pros of the gradient tool is that it makes an object look more realistic. The cons of the gradient tool is that if you do it wrong the object will look fake.
Layla- in my opinion the pros and cons of using the gradient tool method is that you are able to add texture to some pieces of art but a con is that you have to make sure that you make sure you pick exactly what kind of gradient you wanna use because there is so many options to choose from.
